The toggle switch that adjusts the propeller can be moved to the engine compartment so the aircraft will meet LSA specs. Another alternative is to change the propeller hub to a mechanically ground adjustable hub for about $200. Other than the in flight adjustable propeller the aircraft meets LSA requirements.
